How do I receive the eBook after payment?
Once your payment succeeds, you'll get an email with a secure download link within a minute. The link is valid for 7 days and allows up to 5 downloads. Save the PDF to your device once downloaded.
What format are the eBooks in?
All books are delivered as PDF files, optimized for reading on phones, tablets, laptops, and Kindles (via the Kindle app). No DRM, no special apps required.
Can I read the books offline?
Yes. Once you download the PDF, it's yours to keep on your device — read anywhere, anytime, even without internet.
Can I share the PDF with friends?
The PDF is for personal use. Please don't redistribute or upload it publicly — that hurts independent authors like us. If a friend would benefit, share the link to ebooksaura.com so they can get their own copy.
What's your refund policy?
Because eBooks are digital products delivered instantly, all sales are final once the download link is sent. However, we will gladly refund duplicate payments, wrong files, or corrupted PDFs — just email bsuresh@ebooksaura.com within 48 hours. Have questions before buying? Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), net banking, and wallets — processed via secure payment gateways. International cards are also supported.
I didn't receive my download email. What do I do?
First, check your spam/junk folder. If still missing, email bsuresh@ebooksaura.com with your transaction ID — we'll resend the download link within a few hours.
Can I buy multiple books at once?
Yes! Add as many books as you'd like to your cart and check out together. You'll receive separate download links for each book in one email.
Are these books only for beginners?
No — they're for anyone who wants to improve. Whether you're a fresher prepping for interviews, a working professional handling client calls, or someone looking to feel more confident in everyday conversations — there's something for you.
