Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final

EbooksAura sells digital eBooks (PDF files) that are delivered instantly via email after purchase. Because the product is downloadable and cannot be "returned" once delivered, all sales are final and non-refundable once the payment is successful and the download link is generated.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

When refunds may be considered

We will review and process a refund only in the following limited situations:

  • Duplicate payment — if you were charged twice for the same eBook due to a payment gateway error.
  • Payment success but no download link delivered — if our system fails to send you the download email within 24 hours and we are unable to resolve it.
  • Wrong file delivered — if the eBook you received is not the one you ordered (and the correct file cannot be sent).
  • Technical failure on our end — verified server/system errors preventing access to your purchase.

What is not eligible for refund

  • "Changed my mind" — you no longer want the book after downloading.
  • "I already read it" or "I didn't like the content".
  • "I couldn't open the PDF" — we provide standard PDFs readable by any PDF reader; we'll help troubleshoot but won't refund.
  • "I bought the wrong book" — please review titles and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
  • Any request made after the PDF has been downloaded.

How to request a refund (only eligible cases)

  1. Email bsuresh@ebooksaura.com within 48 hours of your purchase.
  2. Include your transaction ID (from the payment confirmation email).
  3. Clearly describe the issue (duplicate charge, no link received, wrong file, etc.).
  4. We'll respond within 24-48 working hours with either a resolution or refund decision.

If approved

  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
  • Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.

Cancellation policy

Since our eBooks are delivered instantly upon payment, there is no order cancellation window. Once you click "Pay" and the payment succeeds, the order is final.

Cannot share, resell, or redistribute

Each PDF is licensed for your personal use only. Sharing, uploading, or redistributing the file violates our terms and is also subject to copyright law.
